			Para una pieza, retirar el envoltorio de plástico y calentar a máxima potencia (700W) unos 4 minutos. Los tiempos y potencia recomendados en el envase son orientativos, pueden oscilar en función de cada microondas.

			Calentar el horno en función ventilador a 200ºC y mantener aproximadamente durante unos 25 minutos: Opcional: antes de meter al horno espolvorear con pan rallado, añadir un poco de mantequilla y gratinar hasta dorar el pan rallado.
25 minutos a 200 grados.
To prepare each scallop, remove the plastic wrap and heat at full power (700W) for about 4 minutes. The times and settings on the package are recommendations and may vary depending on your microwave.

Heat fan oven to 200ºC and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Tip: before placing in the oven, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add a little butter and grill until golden brown.
