SCALLOP SHELLS STUFFED WITH SCALLOP MEAT, PRAWNS, MUSSELS, MUSHROOMS AND A LIGHT BECHAMEL SAUCE WITH FINELY GRATED CHEESE. THIS IS A POPULAR DISH FROM THE SPANISH ATLANTIC COAST. WE ONLY USE GALICIAN SCALLOPS AND SCALLOP MEAT.
			Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
